Qualifications and Training

The entry level of membership to the Institute is as a 5 year Affiliate member, which is open to everyone.  This membership is required if you want to take examinations leading to either ‘IMS Measurement Practitioner’ or ‘IMS Productivity Analyst’ which are both formal qualifications.

This is either a two or four week Certificate course, according to the qualification. It is offered in a flexible structure of two or four modules and addresses core competencies in the range of management services approaches and productivity analysis techniques.  It is an established career qualification for those wishing to practice management services and develops a range of analytical skills and techniques to improve productivity.

The Institute of Management Services qualifications are recognised in both the UK and worldwide as a mark of professional excellence.
