Glossary of Terms used in Management Services

The international standard terminology for Management Services is maintained by the British Standards Institution. The Institute of Management Services contributes to it; indeed John Heap, member of IMS Council, chaired the committee which produced the most recent revision, BS 3138:1992 Glossary of terms used in management services.
