IMS Productivity Analyst qualification: Four 1 week modules, available as open or in-company training courses. IMS Measurement Practitioner qualification: Modules 1 and 2, choose from Module 2a Time Study, Module 2b MOST® or Module 2c Activity Sampling.

One or two day appreciation courses including Understanding and Improving Performance, Lean Routemap and specific Lean techniques. Performance Rating Clinics, Performance Rating with Activity Sampling, MOST^® re-certification, Time Study Refresher, Guided learning packages, Specially produced films for purchase: “How do you rate?” and “Standard performance”.
